Community questions

Happily we (3 of us sharing) have secured a small plot 94ft x 13ft, with a shed full of character. The plot was in good condition with only short weeds, which we hoe'd off, then turned the soils a full spade depth. The soil looks to be in good condition thanks to the previous occupier. We have the 1st earlies planted and then attempted to sow seeds direct into the ground and are waiting to see...

Me and my little boy love digging in the garden we both get some exercise, fresh air and of course get very very muddy!! But best of all we are both learning how to grow our own food, to be self suffient something I feel is going to be a big part of how we will live in the future! I have filled my garden as much as I can but I reallly need more land, sadly trying to get an allotment in this area...
