October 2nd 2010 at North Queensferry Community Centre and playing fields from 12.00 noon to 6.00pm. It is a free, family friendly event and will feature a marquee decorated with straw bales and local artwork. There will be stalls selling the best of local food and drink, a hog roast, live music, working apple press and freshly pressed local apple juice, information cinema, children's entertainers, games and competitions for the whole family.

What Will the Harvest Be? is an experimental open access garden in East London, near the 2012 Olympic site. Devised by artists Karen Guthrie and Nina Pope, the project is now lead by residents group Friends of Abbey Gardens (FOAG). Open dawn to dusk, the garden has three free garden club sessions weekly - ideal for learners - any many free social events.
