Hi all. Does anyone have a small livestock trailer to lend or share in the Bristol area? Or are you a group / smallholder that would like / need one but cannot afford the layout for a piece of equipment that sits unused for much of the year? Perhaps we could all club together and purchase a community trailer? We have need of a trailer a few times a year to take our pigs to slaughter and pick up livestock and have a nightmare every time trying to borrow one. As a community organisation we are used to setting up rules / regulations / finances so would help / adhere to and enter into an agreement that would work for all groups.

Still interested in forming a 'Trailer Club' in the Bristol area. I think it's a great idea, even if I do say so myself! It means we could club together and potentially afford a better trailer than we could on our own and we could share the costs to maintain / insure it etc. Anyone interested?

Ok, we've still had no luck in finding a trailer. We have a budget for it and the skills to do up a trailer in need of love. Does anyone know of a trailer languishing in someones yard or have one to sell?
