Are they as long as everyone says they are? Have you been lucky or unlucky on the waiting list for an allotment? Or has your family owned an allotment for years and you have some fond memories that you want to share here?

looking for land to grow is not narrowed by the desire to have an allotment it is part of a wider issue about who owns and cares for local public space.
