Hi we have two large areas beside our offices on the Torquay road ideal for growing veg

still looking for a small patch to grow veg. Anywhere within 3 or 4 miles of highcliffe would be perfect.

My elderly mother (90+yrs) lives in Newton Abbot. She has a vegetable plot in her back-garden. Until a few years ago she grew her own vegetables there, but now it is simply too much for her. It is a roughly triangular plot, and (from memory) about 35 ft by 25 ft along the longest sides. It is level , sheltered from wind and catches the sun. It has been successfully cultivated for regular veg. for the past 40 years or more. My mother would like to offer it to someone to make use of it, and to keep it tidy and weed free. It would be preferred if you could provide your own tools/implements.

I have a large garden growing organic fruit and veg, just off Lea Bridge Road, near Markhouse Road, within easy reach of Walthamstow, Leyton, Clapton or Hackney. It has been organic for 30 years, but my friends and I are now finding it difficult to manage. I am trying to get together a small team of helpers to work one evening a week (at the moment Tuesday). No experience necessary, but need to be committed to organic principles. In return, a chance to learn, enjoy the open air and share in the crops produced.

planing to grow all types of veg incuding potatoes and salad stuff and tomatoes hopefully a compost heep ,would prepare in the stockton area they is a few of us in the family to help in the garden not a fread of hard work if needs to be done have been gardening most of our lifes also have a 20yr son who helps who is a qualified gardener.who finished a 3yr course

i am looking for land to grow veg

I live in Wordsley and have a North East facing garden (approximately 160 square yards) which would be suitable for growing vegetables, fruit or flowers. It is divided into the following three areas (sizes are approximate) 24 ft by 18 ft (8 yards by 6 yards; 48 square yards) 60 ft by 15 ft (20 yards by 5 yards; 100 square yards - this is a side plot on two levels) 12 ft by 9 ft (4 yards by 3 yards; 12 square yards). My garden is securely enclosed by a 6 foot fence and access is via a locked side gate (I will provide the grower with a key). There will also be a lockable shed and a cold water tap available in the garden. I am currently having my garden cleared and dug ready for planting/sowing. I currently live down on Shakespeare walk, N16 but the landlord has just given us 2 months notice. I'm currently growing lots of vegetables and they need somewhere to go to finish growing. In mid summer it will need several visits a week but will drop to 2 to 3 or less in winter - depending on what's available. Obviously willing to share the produce. I have a few years experience growing now and mange to get crops from the garden throughout the year. Space wise i have enough vegetables (and grow bags) for around 12msq. Could easily help manage more space if its available. I also have raised beds which would need a home along with other garden essentials (water butt/tools/compost bin). I'm looking for land on which to grow fruit and vegetables. The possibility of keeping bees or livestock in the future would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary. Would also be happy to share and help out on a larger communal plot.
