I'm a busy working guy - a musician and teacher - and I've lived here for 5 years with good intentions for the garden... But I've never quite managed much more than weeding! It's not a massive space but I'd love to grow some veg and herbs etc - it's such a shame for it to sit there and I don't really know where to start... I'd really appreciate someone making use of it or helping me with it - we could share the spoils of course. :) I don't have masses of spare time which is part of the problem, but my girlfriend and I would definitely get involved when we can - just need the help! Please see my blog to view a basic garden plan and a pic...

The space is basically lozenge shaped down the side of my house, with a main soil area again lozenge shaped roughly 5mx4m, plus another strip of soil 5mx1ishm, and a concrete area on which there is a shed and a mini-greenhouse (donated by my kind neighbour).
Please see my blog to view a basic garden plan and a pic, and do get in touch if you would like to grow things here or can help me grow things!
Thanks,
Chris

I have a half allotment plot at Camp Site, Portslade which I do not have time to manage at the moment. It would be great to have someone cultivate perhaps half of it this season.
If anyone is a keen wine maker, or likes red grapes (with pips) get in touch. My polytunnel is full of them! Last year I made jam, but it was a bit runny because I didn't use the skins. Happy to share grapes if we get a small share of whatever results!
Im a keen gardener living with my elderly dog in a flat in central Brighton. I was given my half size allotment last year- Neeede alot doing which I have managed so far (weald ave) but sadly my dog has become poorly so can not be left for too long- which means I have limited time to spend getting things growing as much as would like. If anyone would like to share in some growing space for 2/3 years? It would be great if you could help me to maintain the plot & share produce, sunny smiles & sharing of gardening tips! Please get in touch in time to prepare for summer a bounty!

I have a reasonable sized back garden and would love to share it with people interested in growing their own fruit and veg. I'm not sure what the size of a plot is so I am listing this as a single plot for now. PLOT SIZE 8m x 6m

Hi, im looking for land to grow my own fruit and veg, i have applied for an allotment with the council but they waiting list is up to 3 years! Thanks Aaron
Have run out of space in my garden. We have veggies, chickens and bees....but really want to venture into having a few pigs (and room for more veggies!).
I have a small garden where I keep a few chickens and two beehives which is great fun and very rewarding. However, this 'grow your own' hobby is truly addictive and we have no more room for our next desire.... to try out hand at pig keeping. Does anyone nearby fancy a few pigs (traditional breeds) on their land?

I am looking for land close to my home in southwick. I have my name down for an allotment and recon that it'll take at least another year until one becomes available. I do have a garden and have grown a few things on it this year, but that has only whetted my appitite for a larger plot.

Would like to help generally in a garden or allotment, open to other situations!! Would like to be able plant/grow/eat on a sharing basis. Looking forward to it. Kate
Hoping to start harvesting first batch of potatoes and beetroots soon!! Doing a BTCV course at the moment and aiming to go to Plumpton college in September...
Hi all my fellow land lovers new to this site, recently become more interested in the practical side of self sustainability ie doing the work my self instead of relying on others to feed me, i am looking for about an acre somewhere close to a/m 27 between redhill and brighton to establish a small holding for fruit and veg and small livestock pig chickens etc and some wood land if poss, will share with like minded others
