The Landshare team is growing. Come say hello.
UPDATE - March 2012. The Landshare team has changed from below (like the veg in your plot we too sprout different members!) and we'd still love to hear from you. To get in touch, please use our contact form. Happy growing!
Hello Landsharers! It's exciting days in Landshare. More and more people across the country are sharing land, finding land to grow on, and generally helping each other create some veggie goodness.
To help with all the sprouting shoots, there's 3 more of us on the Landshare team, and we just wanted to say hello.
Rebecca - the Landshare Editor, will be making sure everything ticks in our online lives, plus she'll keep us updated with Landshare news - look out for some new developments on the site soon . . .
Lucy-Landshare and HeidiP are both Community Managers - here to help everyone get the most from Landshare.
Take a look at Lucy's blogs to see what she's growing this year. Drop Lucy a note if you've got any queries, a great Landshare story you'd like us all to know about, or would just like to know where to post that photo of your prize winning carrots. We want to know how you are getting on!
HeidiP is growing too, half in the city, half in some land she's got her hands on in the country. If you're working with a community group, organisation or growing project, and would like to know how Landshare could help, then get in touch with HeidiP.
These are the Landshare Ladies and they are here to help!
We hope you'll keep us up to date with how your garden grows in the Landshare blogs, and share your knowledge or pick up tips in the Community Questions. If you’ve just got to get something off your chest, or think there’s a change needed on policy, then let us know, Landshare is your space to use.
Don't forget, you can also follow Landshare on Twitter. Plus if you'd like to tell your friends, we've made this handy little tool to help Landshare grow. It's a widget that shows the latest Landshare listings, plus a lovely video from Hugh introducing the benefits of Landshare. You can share it with your friends on Facebook, email to friends or embed it on your site. We'd really like your help to get as many people as possible sharing land and getting a shot at growing their own.
That's all from us for now. It's great to meet you all, and we all look forward to hearing your Landshare news and views.
