The group is affiliated to Garden Organic, the working name of Henry Doubleday Research Association, the national charity for organic growing, and the Soil Association.
SEEOG holds regular public meetings, attends two local farmers’ markets, exhibits at shows and open days, organises outings and gives talks.
Meetings are held bi-monthly on a Monday evening, starting in January, in the Cheryl Centre, Growing Together Community Gardens, 47 Fairfax Drive, Southend-on-Sea SS0 9AG (corner of Fairfax Drive and Prittlewell Chase).� Please park in Prittlewell Chase and use the Fairfax Drive entrance.
Our speakers start at 8.00pm, but Growing Together will be open from 7.00pm to allow members to browse our Library, etc.
Refreshments are available at all meetings.Talks are open to the public.
