We are Cider makers, we live in Brighton, Sussex and have had an awesome time making beers, ciders, and meads we want to look in to the feasibility of making a Brighton Cider and for that, we need apples, they could be windfalls or - and I think I'm daydreaming but- a whole orchard, maybe its disused, covered in brambles, needs tree surgery. at the moment we only use cheap ready pressed apple juice - we make under 30 litres a month - we would like to change this, hoping for in the future to make a high quality Cider Applewine and even maybe Apple Brandy.If you can help we would love to come to an agreement.
